This body, constituted within Academic Affairs, is the primary means through which faculty participate in the shared governance process at the University. This issue of the newsletter contains updates about the new Faculty Senate structure, revisions to the Faculty Handbook regarding leaves of absence and outside employment, updating the University Archives with senate documentation, and the approval process for new XIDS topics.
