Abstract
Description
A bue sign in Hebrew, Arabic and English provides information about the Cave of Jehoshaphat, part of a series of burial niches and monuments in King's Valley. It supplies a date of the end of the second temple period (1st Century CE) and indicates that the carved relief at the top is Hellenistic in style. The actual identity of those originally buried in the cave are not known. The cave is located directly behind Absalom's Pillar.
