Honors Convocation (1971-1976 and 1986-present) is a formal event in which faculty don regalia and the superior academic achievement of UWG students is recognized. A faculty procession and welcome by the President is followed by brief fine arts performances and the presentation of awards. Ingram Scholars, whose GPAs are at least 3.75 are also listed in the program.
