Partial image of the central mosaic in the left lunette of the Presbytery, Basilica San Vitale (Basilica of St. Vitale; Church of Saint Vitale) in Ravenna, Italy. The featured mosaic contains two episodes from the life of Abraham. The photo shows part of the left episode, in which Abraham (the figure on the left), receives word from three angels seated at a table under a leafy oak tree that Sarah will give birth to a son, Isaac.
