Andrey Manoukhin (https://j-j-j.livejournal.com/371162.html), some frescos have survived the various disasters that have befallen the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo (Basilica di Sant'Apollinare Nuovo) in Ravenna, Italy, including flooding and roof collapses. This painting of the Madonna and Child, located in a side chapel, is one of them.
